March 27, 2013 10:36 am Those Fantagrphics EC collections are really gorgeous. I've got the Craig and Jack Davis one on my wishlist.
March 26, 2013 4:51 pm Also, not to quibble, but did you mean District 9 as the surprise sci-fi movie or were you making a joke about the direct to video District 13?
March 26, 2013 4:49 pm I pre-ordered this from Amazon, but eventually cancelled the order because it was taking forever to ship and I hadn't really heard any buzz around it. It still sounds really good, so I may try and scoop up a copy when I get the scratch together. Thanks for the review.
March 26, 2013 2:27 pm Never read the previous stuff, but may give this a whirl because I love Fowler's art.
March 21, 2013 6:48 am This is the first title I've ever downloaded, mainly because I don't really have a proper device to read it on. But with this creative team, I decided to give it a whirl, suck it up, and read it on my computer. It was great read. I'm definitely on board for anything else they put out, and I will definitely be picking up the other issues they're planning on releasing.
March 20, 2013 2:27 pm Disappointing to see Diggle not on the title as I was pretty excited to check out his take on Supes. I like Daniel as an artist, but was nonplussed by his writing on the Batbooks. I will still give it a try though because it's the only Supes book I'm reading, and I believe in giving things a fair shake before bailing.
March 20, 2013 11:01 am I think the footage looks pretty cool. Definitely a good use of the powers on film. I was excited by this just with Wright's involvement, so this just adds to my excitement.
March 19, 2013 3:44 pm Those Captain Marvel pages are very rad. Might have to check that book out on the art alone.
March 19, 2013 12:49 pm Very cool. I will definitely pick this up when I get home from work. Two great creators working together is never a bad thing.
