This title continues to delight me. Even though its meant for the younger set of our reading population, I still find this to be one of the most enjoyable comics that I read month in and month out. Langridge does a great job of balancing his story with silliness and action. Each of these characters has a distinct personality, and every scrape they get into is always ended in a manner that is true to the characters. Thrown into all of the story are great little jokes and sight gags that tickle the funny bone. It’s not an issue that’s filled with gut busters, but I found myself smiling the whole way through. This is one of those titles that reminds of what its like to be a little kid again. The art and coloring on the issue are completely awesome with the cartoony style playing up some of the more comedic moments while the colors are vibrant and pop off of the page. If you’re looking for a comic that makes you smile, look no further than Snarked!
