DC Announces Digital Pricing Plan with Digital/Print Combo Packs

June 2, 2011 11:20 pm Finally a publisher in comics is doing digital like I always want witht the option for buy both at the bundled price. I really hope this sticks. I would still like to read most stuff in a physical format but would love to have a digital library for reference.

Dark Horse Does Digital Exclusive for Retailers

June 1, 2011 4:30 pm Yes! This is a good start. I always said that I wanted the comics industry to follow in the foots steps of the movie/tv industry. I would like to pay around an extra $1 and get the physical books with download codes like DVDs are bundled with a digital copy. I really think this is a way to throw the brick and mortar stores a bone and help them keep there sales up. Ultimately I'd like to have the choice to buy just the digital copy, hard copy, or both together.

May 31, 2011 7:56 pm I may have to buy me some JLA for the first time in a long time. It will depend how Morrison writes it. I have come to find that there are two Grant Morrison writers. One wants to write a thought provoking story. The other version tries to cram so much old continuity down your throat that it takes away from the story.

Classic Manga YOU Should Read

May 19, 2011 12:19 pm Berserk is my all time personal fav and it's been around forever. However, IT IS NOT FOR CHILDREN!!! It's very graphic. I started reading it after I watched the anime because it picks up where the anime left off. I also love GTO and GTO: Shonan Junai Gumi.
