Wow Cap vs. Taskmaster vs. Cap in the middle of the epic battle for Asgard.  My favorite line involves Taskmaster almost breaking the fourth wall referring to "Bucky the original dead sidekick".  Also Speedball is back... kind of. Penance and Night Thrasher finally pick a side and decide to stick it to The Hood. Great action packed issue with a little bit of humor thrown in the mix.
