  1. I didn’t mind them redoing that scene, but I thought they should have at least had it look the same if they were going to reprint the dialogue.  Otherwise, I loved this.

  2. Here’s my solution to interbook continuity. Think of the common scenes as the same story being told by different people – even if it’s the same writer, like Bendis. The differences between books is explained by there being alternate perspectives of the narrarator/reporter/party bringing you the story. In a sense, the reporter for Dark Avengers sees an event one way while the reporter for New Avengers sees it similarly but with a slightly different twist. Different dialogue? Reporter heard it differently. Characters in one place in one book and another in the second book? Reporter saw it differently. He said, she said. Etc.

I’m still trying to wrap my head around how Mockingbird’s corpse didn’t turn back into a dead skrull. Heck, Busiek and Perez actually had said corpse reanimate and attack Wanda way back in Avengers v.3 nos. 10 and 11 and there was no Skrully features to be found. See, this is the kind of sickness  caring about continutiy leads to, and brother, you don’t want any part of it.

  3. @RobAbsten I agree with your Mockingbird statement, maybe they’ll explain it in more detail in the reunion mini.

  4. Or maybe Marvel will just brush it under the rug and hope nobody notices.  Heh.
