This is the first issue that Aaron has really focused on Frank I think.
Previously, he had put the focus on villains like Kingpin and Bulleye
but I"ve really liked that so far. Usually bad guys do bad things and
the Punisher kills them. We get to see what the bad guys are thinking
and get in their heads with Aaron's run so far. I really liked this
issue because it added another element to Frank Castle, that maybe he
was broken before he ever became the Punisher and now he feels guilty
about being the family man he should have been.I can't wait to see how Frank's new acquired guilt changes his behavior. Will he continue on as the Punisher or will he pack it up and find a new mission?
My only complaint is the art. Now I like Dillion's art and for the most part it is really good here. The only thing I don't like about the art is that all of the faces look the same. You have your choice of male face or fat male face. Hell I almost thought the Nazi skinhead in prison was the Kingpin. How cool would that have been? I just think that maybe he is rushing a bit.
