After a few rocky issues and with a new artist this book is back on track.  The Initiative has taken a new direction and now are training the worlds villains.  This is villainy for a new generation, “Bust a dealer, take the credit, and sell his stash”, awesome.  This books juggles several different characters and switches POV constantly but does it in a way that makes the story flow well.  Rafa Sandoval has taken over the art duties on this title and is doing a great job.  I haven’t been this psyched since Stefano Caselli was on the title.  In the beginning of the issue we see how upsidedown the world has become during the “Dark Reign” with the New Warriors classified as the villains.  Also in this issue we see that Tigra is done playing around and willing to do whatever it takes to protect her family and end Osborne’s reign.  My favorite moments involve Constrictor’s heart felt PR story and Trauma’s situation with counseling Robbie aka Penance/Speedball.
