While this issue wasn't as good as the last one it had it's high points.  Most may disagree but I liked Benes's art better than Bagley's.  His Batman is terrible with shiny gautlets and huge Bat-buckle.  One thing I don't understand is why Batman the Batverse flag ship title isn't as good as the rest.  So far this series feels like a darker Batman & Robin title with less meat to it.  I still like how Winnick characterizes Dick and Damien.  Dick is a different Batman who uses different tactics and seems to smile will crime fighting.  He has established that Batman is back by deliberately being caught on camera.  Futhermore, by leaving the cameras intact the cops have more evidence of the crimes.  Damien is not so much of a lttle rat bastard in this as in Batman & Robin.  Also Two-Face and Peguin seem to be the big players in the comic.  This is great for those who had been reading Nightwing.  Winnick also adds more moments between Dick and Alfred.  This has the potential to be a great title if a creative team could be locked in place.
