This may be the funniest book of the week.  I love a comic that make me laugh out loud and this certainly did.  There is a scene with Groot and Maximus that is humorous as hell.  As always, Rocket Raccoon tears it up as well.  This issue has many significant moments in it as well.  Unlikely alliances are formed, new/old villain emerges, and it appears that one of the Guardians die. Also let me just say THANK GOD BRAD WALKER IS BACK ON ART!  His art has saved this title.  The horrible art in the last few previous issues almost made me drop what is a good book.

    Crap, are there Starjammers in this???  I skipped it this week because I’m trying to economize; should have looked at the cover.

    @ohcaroline: No Starjammers in Guardians this week.  Not really sure how they came up with that cover…  But, there is a Starjammer (Raza) in Nova!

    Thanks for the clarification!  I like this book but I think I’m switching to trade, and I would have been miffed if I’d bought it and there were no Starjammers :).

    @ohcaroline: Yes marvel is really bad about misleading with the cover.
