As a reader of the previous Man With No Name series I can definitely say that afer two issues this is way better.  Chuck Dixon has a better handle on “Blondie” the main character and does a better job scripting a him.  This is not an easy task with a main character that hardly speaks.  The art in this is infinitely better than the previous series.  Esteve Polls’s art style is more befitting for a western comic.  Dixon and Polls together have created a comic that feels like it was lifted right from the movies and read with a sort of cinematic style and pace.  If you are a Sergio Leone fan or a fan of the western genre in general… YOU SHOULD BE READING THIS BOOK!!!

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 5 - Excellent

  1. I’m glad to hear the book is good, I LOVE the film.  I’ll buy this whole series as a trade one day.
