Perhaps it is unfair, but the comparison is inevitable in my mind. This is scarcely a glimmer of the wonderful…

This is likely the best issue of Aaron’s tenure on this title thus far. The story is beginning to make…

January 31, 2011 11:52 am None of this is news. None of this will change any time soon. He is talking to a very limited audience. The small group of comic fans, already a very small group, that cares about what happens behind the scenes. Only money will change where the power lies. Such a small number of people who know who he is, who watched this don 19t already buy indie/creator owned work that he may have actually spoken to... a few dozen individuals who weren't already in his camp. Here's my manifesto: buy what you like, forget what you don 19t. Respect people's work and effort, but recognize that what you like is entirely subjective.

January 25, 2011 4:45 pm I wanna know what company Red Skull is working for. Middle management and he still needs a roommate? Bad sign for that company.
January 20, 2011 4:51 pm Sold on Lives and Lychee. Maybe Bloody Monday.
January 18, 2011 4:50 pm No hate for Mcguiness at all... but there's a reason I own Hardman pages.

January 14, 2011 11:32 am Oh happy days. One of my favorite books of the last decade. Ellis's best as well as Templesmith's most mature effort.
January 13, 2011 5:06 pm Pretty art. Too bad they can't jus tell a cool samurai story without attaching Wolverine to it.
January 13, 2011 1:17 pm I attend 2 of those 5. Heroes and NYCC. Very different cons, but good.
January 13, 2011 8:09 am Personally, I enjoyed the brief arc as a fun diversion. He had two issues to tell a story, I was told a decent story and I am happy enough with that. I could wish for better art, but it wasn't horrible. I could wish for the story to have had a little more play to explore nuance, but it was given 2 issues. It was adequately entertaining.
