Perhaps it is unfair, but the comparison is inevitable in my mind. This is scarcely a glimmer of the wonderful…

This is likely the best issue of Aaron’s tenure on this title thus far. The story is beginning to make…

September 2, 2013 10:05 am Grats guys, you've been a big part in me still being in the comic book hobby. Where I live I have relatively few outlets to discuss comics. Listening to your discussions and having discussions in the various forums that you have provided have given me that outlet. I have been listening to your show since... 2006? 2005? A very long time. In that time I have learned so much about how to read comics, how comics are made, what challenges creators face and tons about the facts behind the industry. A lot of that information I wouldn't have learned without your site and the behind the scenes access you have. Maybe we can still have the con meet ups? Or, more likely, you guys will never go to another con again. :D Either way, I expect that you won't fall off the face of the earth just yet.

July 15, 2013 1:08 pm Oh, this is wonderfully ludicrous. I wish all of it were true.
July 2, 2013 1:53 pm It certainly doesn't seem looker it to many comic creators, when i talk to them at comic focused conventions they lament SDCC.
July 1, 2013 7:25 pm Not a single book this week. Whee! Cold weather is the worst. I could live in 100 degree temperatures forever, but cold weather is death to the soul.
July 1, 2013 6:58 pm You say becoming... everything that I have heard indicates that it has been a nightmare for several years now. The only reason to go is to hang out with friends cause comics aren't even a thing there anymore.

April 10, 2013 6:00 pm Yea, I feel bad for being critical of Apple in this circumstance too. I knew they have a strong anti-porn stance on this applications which is their call. So, the assumption that they had blocked the issue jibed with their general policy. It annoys me a little that Comixology waited almost an entire day while fans beat Apple up before they confessed it was their decision based on some misplaced understanding. However, the greater argument is still legitimate: I do not be protected from myself. I like this kind of art. I like it because its smart, its interesting and it makes me think. I don't care that the images involved are uncomfortable to segments of society. So long as I don't harm anyone else, it is my right to explore any and all options in my life. Related: Do we know if Comixology willingly took down the Sex issues without consulting Apple?

March 19, 2013 7:48 pm I really hope this is an 'in its own universe' story. I'd rather Morrison kept his fingers out of the current ongoing because its quite good and that's the first time her character has felt like it had a purpose and a role to me in its history.
