@AlanRob

 Yeah, Burnout was there, but it seems that during the battle with The Red Blade, everyone got scattered.  So it seemed to me that they were trying to regroup.  Although, I guess they didn't realize Grunge was back with Spartan and the others (as seen in Wildcats #19).

February 5, 2010 12:03 am @charliebf5, comics have roster shake-ups every now and then.  What's so wrong with it happening here?  Jack, Angie, and Swift are still there.
February 5, 2010 12:02 am @AlanRob, I don't think The High is in the box (if so I'd be very surprised).  Now the cloaked man may be him.
January 29, 2010 6:48 pm @lantern4life, so you liked it but you're not going to follow it until World's End is over?  I don't think it'll ever truly be over.  I mean, it won't be an apocalyptic universe forever but the world will always feel the effects of what happened.  It's what the creative team promised and has stuck to for over two years now.

Yay!  Some Wildstorm love!

January 25, 2010 4:43 pm @cubsmodano, what you got was not a preview, it was the actual issue.  It's just part of a promo by DC/Wildstorm to release a limited number of issues a couple of weeks early to generate interest.

@AlanRob, glad you're staying for the ride.  Like I discussed with lantern4life in his review, Wildcats #19 might be a little more reader-friendly.

As for Gen 13, the only thing it didn't really explain was why they suddenly donned costumes and where they picked up Ragamuffin from the Paladins.  But we'll see if Gen 13 #34 answers any of that.

Sorry this one wasn't new reader friendly for you.  I wonder if Wildcats #19 will be more new-reader friendly.  One thing I've seen in the previews for Wildcats #19  that we didn' have here was a huge two-page spread that names each of the characters.

January 6, 2010 5:53 pm @Blitheh, oh, I see what you're saying.  Yeah, I wish they would've mentioned that these were the back-up stories from the issues mentioned.
January 6, 2010 5:52 pm @lantern4life, hope you like it!  :D
