January 30, 2009 9:24 am No comments on a 4.1 average rating????   This run has reinvigorated my interest in this book.  I was actually considering dropping this title before it began but I'm glad I gave it a chance.  The Genocide character is just what this book needed and I hope they keep her around for a while.

January 29, 2009 12:02 am @TNC - If you look very closely the Omega beams are coming from all of the people surrounding them who are infected by Anti-Life.  I was thrown off at first too but on closer inspection, it's pretty clear :-)

January 27, 2009 10:00 am I can't wait to read it, then go back and re-read the whole run.  This story has been awesome, I love a book that makes you work for the story.

@sandgrounder - I hear you about the glasses over glasses thing :-)

 I do have to say that I loved the first issue, but only after being confused through my first few reads, and it makes more sense the more Final Crisis continues.  I am one of those few people who really enjoy a challenging comic book.  I look forward to each issue of FC for a few things :  First, the anticipation of what Morrison is coming up with now, Second, the heated discussion among friends and online folks, and Third, I enjoy reading all of the annotations and reviews noline to find stuff that I may have missed or differeing takes on certain scenes.

January 15, 2009 11:02 am I was a little down on the whole New Krypton story so far, but this issue changed my mind.  I really enjoyed where they took it and am now looking forward to the next storyline.  Weird mixup on the covers though : the solicits show Bizarro but it was Lex on the cover, which made much more sense.

January 15, 2009 10:56 am I agree, I wasn't planning on picking this up but I gave it a shot.  After reading it, I called my friends who hadn't been to our LCS yet and told them if they weren't planning on it, to pick it up anyway.  Prometheus is a total bad-ass in this!

January 14, 2009 12:13 pm Awesome story!  Although the art is definitely all over the place. The last few issues didn't seem as bad even with the multiple artists.  Anyway, story was fast paced and awesome, plus the last page is my new desktop background.
