Name: Kyle Wildi

Bio: Got back into comics with Devils Due GI Joe, and then into the Ultimate Marvel Universe from there. My introduction to DC started September 2011 with the new 52. So far so good. Also a big fan of Fables by Bill Willingham.

I really liked this. The characters are still kinda ‘nebulous’. I don’t know if they have their individual voices yet….

January 26, 2012 5:40 pm I like this book, I like the characters and I am very happy with Brett Booth's artwork. I don't really like how Superboy talks differently in this than he does in his own title. Lacks consistency.
January 26, 2012 5:35 pm I have read many negative comments about Mob Rule on this website. Not that he out-right sucks, but that he isn't a heavy hitter to launch the series etc. Well, with the final pages of this issue, I have to say that I think Mob Rule is awesome, I know he will return and I am excited to see that in the future. This book is great, and I am glad that Manapul got a chance to write. Good work DC.
January 26, 2012 5:32 pm I really like this book. I look forward to issue 6 of Voodoo, and will put Sami Basri on my "must" buy list. The first issue now seems more and more out of place as we go forward. The artwork in issue 1 was awesome but the representation of Voodoo seems different as we have gotten to know her. Oh well, great series for sure.
January 24, 2012 11:29 pm As long as Basri is drawing I will give this book a chance. I don't think the character/story have done enough to keep me buying without the awesome art.
January 23, 2012 9:02 pm I loved the cartoon series.... probably going to support this while I wait for Legend of Korra.
January 22, 2012 3:17 pm Good series and I really like the characters and the plot. Very excited to see what happens next. I understand fill in artists, and I would always take that over rushed work, but man I missed Chaing on this issue. Giant Posiedon spread page was the only thing that was good for me in this. Outside of Giant Posiedon I really didn't like the artwork.
January 10, 2012 10:02 pm Being new to DC, I find that Superboy's powers have not been explained at all. I like the book, don't get me wrong, I really like it, I just hope to get filled in soon.
January 5, 2012 6:02 pm I jumped into DC for the first time ever (outside of Fables which is vertigo) with the new 52. The people with Superman on the last page are completely unknown to me. I found it confusing, it was a reveal, and I will surely be buying issue 6 to see what happens next. I am not putting down the book, nor am I campaigning for anyone else to stop reading it. I just was trying to spark discussion to see if anyone else has an opinion. Thank you for sharing yours. I am guessing that you have a much more extensive history with DC titles to know who was standing with Superman in the final panel. How did you rate this issue @RoiVampire?
January 5, 2012 5:55 pm Like this book a lot 4 stars.
January 5, 2012 1:33 pm Wow! This was awesome! This book is a big pay off for staying on board. I like Stormwatch for lots of reasons, I like the concept, I am intrigued by the team and I could really go on from there. I just felt like it went too big too fast and wasn't giving me, (the readers) a chance to catch up. While catch up we did with a great " team " issue, filled with amazing character moments. Harry Tanner is a great character who made me want a lot more in issue 2 and I got it here. The Apollo-Midnighter or Midpollo as I like to call them are both endearing and in short order this creative team has made me root for their happiness. 5 stars !! All the way.
