Duke is not even in this book. That is the first of many many problems. IDW had done a good job starting GI Joe from scratch. GI Joe Cobra ( the first iteration with Chuckles undercover ) was absolutely amazing. Editor Andy Schmidt left shortly after this recent renumbering and the start of Cobra Civil War. I don't know if that has anything to do with it but it sure feels that way to me. This series is off schedule, doesn't ship on time (sometimes it's earlier than expected) the covers don't match the actual issues. This version of GI Joe is completely derailed. I am off the book, this will be my last GI Joe purchase going forward.
