Let me preface this interview by saying that I have never been a Superman guy. But I thought that if anybody could ever get me into the character, it would be Grant Morrison. Well I guess that that thought was completely off. I don’t know what the whole big deal about this issue is, because I frankly thought that there was nothing that special about it. The art looked nice, but the story, the writing, and the dialogue were all horrible to me. I read this issue three times, and while it has it’s moments, it just failed to deliver overall for me. I will not be picking up the 2nd issue of this one. Morrison needs to stick to Batman.
