After reading this, I’m convinced that Jason Aaron can find a unique and fresh way to look into any character….

July 26, 2013 9:44 am I love that Hawkeye cover... I always sit in my vehicle and look through all of my covers again with my son after leaving the shop. This week, that cover really jumped out and both of us. It's almost...mesmerizing.
July 26, 2013 9:39 am I absolutely love when a movie franchise does it the hard way and redeems itself. After Wolverine : Origins, I think it would have been super easy for any of us Comic Book nerds to give up on these movies. However, The Wolverine was a great bounce back, a great depiction of Wolverine and the classic "Logan Goes to Japan" storyline that many of us remember from back in the day, and most importantly, a great movie! Hugh Jackman has never been the question here, as the man was literally born to play this character. However, with this movie, gone are the massive missteps with the source material that both X-3 and Wolverine : Origins gave us. Instead, this was a complete righting of the ship, and a blast to watch. Some of the fight scenes were simply fantastic, and the Bullet Train scene in particular will go down as one of my absolute favorite Super Hero Movie moments YET. I will definitely be rewatching this when it comes out on Blu Ray, and without spoiling anything, the mid-credits scene has me VERY excited for Days of Future Past. Overall rating from me, 7.5. I really enjoyed it a lot.
June 4, 2013 10:14 pm I see all of the negative comments about this book, and it seriously blows my mind. This book is consistently amazing, to me.
March 27, 2013 12:57 am I've been saying this on my own podcast for a few months now. 2013 is the year that I rediscovered my love of Brian Michael Bendis. Can't wait for this!!!
March 4, 2013 5:59 pm I'm totally into this.... I love Ultron as a villain, and I feel like Bendis has totally taken it upon himself to make t his his landmark Marvel event..... Been planning and talking about it for years. I have a really good feeling about this. (Bizarro Han Solo)
March 4, 2013 5:56 pm I love this book so so so so very much. Between this and Uncanny X-Men, I'm pretty sure that Bendis has completely revitalized any interested he may have lost in his too-long run on Avengers. Also....as much as I love Immonen's art....am I in the minority that may actually have found myself preferring Marquez's by just a little bit????

I feel like Gabriel Hardman is simply working on another level that most artists ever achieve.  I can't wait to continue watching his career grow.

Best in the world?  Maybe.

This was not only my favorite Marvel book, but my 8 year old son's as well.  He literally would ask me on wednesday's before i'd go to the shop..."daddy, does a new Thor Mighty Avenger come out today???".

He loved it because it didn't have five hundred issues of continuity attached to it.  He loved the art.  He loved the new characters he met in it. (Hyde, Captain Britain, and his favorite...Volstagg!).

This breaks my heart, man...it really does.  Stings more than a comic cancellation usually does.  And I think I know why....

This feels like an attack on everything that I feel is COOL about comics.  This book was something so special.  And it's now going to be gone.

This book has been nothing but a big ol' bucket of radical for the last two months.  Hardman is drawing the hell out of this, and Parker's writing is, as always, top notch.

They are easily my favorite creative team in comics! It's a shame Atlas had to go...but this kind of makes up for it, as it's.....AWESOME!
