I bought this largely because I found the cover striking. So score one for Nathan Fox. On a less superficial…

What’s refreshing about this book is how the story feels not at all self-conscious. Manapul and Buccellato are just doing…

This was brilliant. Tensions within the team have been masterfully brought to a boil. Even somebody like me who isn’t…

July 31, 2013 2:10 pm I like this book best when it's being less meta. When Fraction wrote himself into this one I cringed a bit. I know that's kind of a classic Marvel move, but with so much weird fun stuff already going on in this comic it seemed unnecessary.
July 31, 2013 2:08 pm This comic is never bad. Did Mark Waid sit down in a Tibetan monastery and meditate out a list of interesting twists on Daredevil's inability to see? Making him unable to identify the judge as the shooter at the beginning of the comic was genius, as was taking advantage of his inability to identify race.
July 31, 2013 12:31 am If my store gets this, I'll definitely pick it up. It looks like a fun, cool, original premise.
July 24, 2013 6:22 pm Whenever this book is dealing with the Hellfire Club and Wolverine's students, it's great. I love this arc a lot.
July 24, 2013 6:18 pm This was really cool and fun. It was a very solid week, so I don't know if it's my pick, but it's up there.
July 18, 2013 1:50 am This was bizarre. This isn't a great comic, but it does remind me of the Fantastic Four I liked as a kid, so I'm sticking with it.
July 12, 2013 6:53 pm I wonder if Samnee had any input on the layouts for Daredevil. If not, those Daredevil panels are just stunningly Samnee-esque. Rodriguez did good.
July 11, 2013 1:56 pm If you had told me this book could have somebody fill in for Samnee and not miss a step, I wouldn't have believed you. And I would have been wrong. Rodriguez rocked this.
July 11, 2013 1:53 pm Now THIS was more like it. Last issue seemed a little off to me, possibly because of the Grant Morrison-y metanarrator, but this is exactly the Astro City I remember.
July 11, 2013 1:51 pm This was starting to click for me last issue. Now it's thoroughly clicked. Great damn comic.
