My first foray in AA and I have to say I’ll come back again. Grummett’s a pro and Gage tells…

It’s been a while since I’ve read a comic book written by Peter David, longer still an issue of X-Factor,…

I enjoyed Saga #3 but the cliff-hanger felt forced. I’m just not sure why I should care (at this point)…

September 26, 2012 2:03 pm What's great about the Rogues is that they're a fraternity - and I mean that in the best possibly way (not the animal house, old school kind of way). It's their actions together that make them so compelling. Individually, not so much.
September 26, 2012 1:54 pm Marvel Spider-Man Fantastic Four X-Men Daredevil DC Batman Superman Flash Joker is probably the greatest comic book villain of all time. Don't believe me? Count how many Jokers you see Oct 31, watch Nicholson or Ledger's performance as the character or (re)read the Killing Joke and Death in the Family. It's kind of not even close.
September 26, 2012 1:22 pm Why not hit the reset button play with the concept Hickman introduced in Fantastic Four - that the Thing ages only one day a year - and have Ben Grimm serve as the fulcrum of the 2099 universe?

September 18, 2012 9:28 am Can I just say it's really nice to see SIX titles from one of the big two that feature female lead characters: Catwoman, Wonder Woman, Supergirl, Batwoman, Sword of the Amethyst, and Birds of Prey. You go girls.

September 13, 2012 9:14 am Yeah, I can't see Johns getting paired with a sub-par art team on any book he does at DC. Dude knows Richard Donner, y'all.
September 13, 2012 9:08 am Based on Josh's post and a lot of the comments here, I'd say the biggest mistake Marvel made was branding this team the Thunderbolts. I get that Thunderbolts may have been the longest running monthly series launched after 1995 but sales have never been that stellar and they've received hardly any cross-media promotion (i.e. No sign of the Thunderbolts in an episode of the Avengers cartoon). What is it about the Thunderbolts as a brand does Marvel see worth keeping?
