Name: Matthew Swanson

Bio: I'm a 28 year old guy from Connecticut. I'm currently a high school history teacher.  I also run the school comic book club. lol I got into comics through the Ultimate line after seeing X-Men The Movie and I haven't looked back since. I started out as an X-Men fan but have fallen in love with the Avengers since Bendis took over. I'm primarily a Marvel fan but do read a few DC books every month. My favorite writer is Brian K Vaughan and I really like Steve McNiven and Michael Gaydos' art.   I hope to make some new friends since I dont know anyone who reads comics in my real life.

July 19, 2011 10:17 am Don't mind Garfield at all but I dont really like this idea of first person webslinging.  Kind of nauseating.  Hopefully they wrap up the origin stuff quickly.  I agree this made me think about the Raimi films alot.

Top 5: Women Who Wooed Wolverine
