August 12, 2013 3:11 pm Frazier Irving back on art :( He's not a bad artist, I just don't like his style as much as Bachalo.
July 26, 2013 2:37 pm This was amazing and any fears I had about the Earth 2 stuff were put to rest. It was all handled wonderfully, I can't wait to see more. Our Superman's reaction to seeing the Earth 2 Wonder Woman was great!
July 23, 2013 4:31 pm I feel the same way about the Earth 2 thing, but I'm willing to give it a go and see where Pak has this headed. Hoping he can surprise me.
July 23, 2013 3:01 pm First issue was incredible, surpassed my expectations easily. Looking forward to this week.
July 9, 2013 3:13 am Rodriguez looks more than capable at filling in for Samnee. Looking forward to this as always.
June 27, 2013 12:50 pm I'm glad the Limbo thing is over. Largely because Irving's abstract style just doesn't do it for me. I don't hate it, it's serviceable, but I don't enjoy that style of art and it looks like Bachalo is coming back next issue which is great news. The story has still been strong but after a brilliant start, this arc in Limbo has relegated this to the number 2 X-book in my pile, behind Bendis's other book All New, which is consistently amazing.
June 27, 2013 12:46 pm This was a solid issue and I'm intrigued to see where Millar and Quitely take this. It hasn't blown me away yet, certainly not by "comic event of 2013" standards, but maybe it's a slow build. Good stuff so far.
June 27, 2013 12:44 pm I had no idea about this until my shop-owner recommended it. So glad he did, this was amazing. I've loved Lark's art since his Daredevil stuff and he was on form here. This was the pleasant surprise in what was a big week of comics and earned my POTW with ease. 5/5, I'm on board.
June 27, 2013 12:41 pm Enjoyed this a lot, Lee's artwork is stunning. I'm not sure I like that they've involved Earth 2, I kinda wish they'd left that out of it, but I'm interested to see where they go with it at the very least. Really liked Pak's dialogue as well, the scene with Bruce and Clark in the park was great.
June 27, 2013 12:38 pm Bendis writes a hilarious Bobby. "Pepperoni" was a fantastic moment. This is how X-Men should be, so much fun in every issue, I'm really enjoying how all these personalities clash and differ.
