April 28, 2011 1:47 am I don't get the complaints about the first issue. It was spot on with the movies. They ALWAYS start light and then pick up from there. I was happy as hell with the first issue and the momentum picks up a bit here with more intros.
Also, i really like that idea that this is a different continuity. Every monster is being seen for the first time. I like that

April 27, 2011 6:53 pm Yeah, I'm still hoping this bubble pops soon. These movies are mostly Hollywood junk designed to get pretty faces in front of the camera with next to no interest in being faithful to fans or source material.
Right now we have a lot of people praising Thor, some have even claimed it's the best Marvel movie ever. I seem to recall that for just about every Marvel movie until the 'excitement over something shiney and new' fades then people start to see what a load it is.

Thor will make money because the masses don't care abotu substance only how shiney somthing is. Same with Captain America and Green Lantern. I'm not wasting my money on them. I have the comics, always better.

April 27, 2011 5:19 pm Maybe Cowboys & Aliens. Everything else looks like garbage. The sooner these movies start to bomd the sooner they will either start paying attention to what they are doing or just stop making them all togther.
If it wasn't for Jack Sparrow and Harry Potter I would really have no movies to go see this year.

BUT

Season two....other than messing up Cap's costume to look like the 'ultimate' version they are going to have the GUARDIANS OF THE GALAXY!!!! Starlord! Quasar (Phyla-vel), Adam Warlock, GROOT AND ROCKET RACCOON!!!!! Hell fraggin' yeah! Give me Rocket Raccoon and Groot and I don't care how bad anything else is, lol

So this nobody is more popular than MWJ? He was in a TV show hardly anyone ever heard of and unjustly gets a part in Thor (another horribly done movie) and he's more popular than MJW?

April 20, 2011 1:04 pm meh. I walked away after Fantastic Four ended. Marvel lost me due to the way they mishandeled the 'death' of the Human Torch.

April 11, 2011 3:49 pm Great art but, sadly, Fraction is continuing the horrible staging he had on Thor. This felt more like the lead in to the first issue, it didn't have the impact of a first issue.
Things were just tossed out and not built on, the God of Fear escaped but we didn't see it, we get told about 'powerful magics' or something but his introduction was a let down.

Par for the course, I'm not very high on Fraction right now.
