April 3, 2011 11:35 pm Jack Of Fables ended naturally. It wasn't because of sales it was just the time in the story. Originally Willingham said he started putting out the book bi-monthly because he didn't want to let anyone know #50 was going to be the final issue.
Walking Dead #83...WOW...that's all I can say about it. I know it's hard to talk about it without spoiling it and you don't want to spoil it even though that's what the show is: Reviews. Valiant effort though!
Godzilla #1 was a little light for a debut issue but like the movies, it starts slow but once everything is established things should start moving fast!

April 2, 2011 8:35 pm The Worthy Hulk thing wasn't really a spoiler though...in recent issues there have been pictures of Hulk and Juggernaught as The Worthy along with a third that kind of looks like a cross between Onslaught and Penance...

Still hoping they fix Dracula's look though. His old look is way better than this new look.

April 1, 2011 3:27 am I have a question for you long time Walking Dead readers...
I've been getting this, until recently, exclusivly in the trade format (not graphic novel, TRADE PAPERBACK) and on a 6 month, or so, basis the cliffhangers were killers.
Starting with Volume 13 I switched to the monthly format because I started reviewing the series for a website and I have to know: How the heck have you long time monthly readers been able to do cliffhangers like this EVERY MONTH?! I've only been doing this for a few months and it's maddening!

My hats off to those of you who have been doing this since issue one!

That two page spread have me frozen for nearly 5 minutes...I stopped staring after I realized I was actually shaking and my roommate came running in the room because I yelled "NO!" when I saw it, lol... I love how a comic book can create characters out of nothing and make them mean so much to us readers. I'm the same way with Fables. Jack Of Fables #50 was a bitter sweet issue to read.

Can't wait to hear this weeks cast with this issue!

March 30, 2011 10:24 pm 70's Marvel is great but Godzilla!!! I ordered it from DCBService.com because it was 99 cents so I grabbed both covers plus the big incentive cover they talked about...only thing is I have to wait for it! And I ordered Hellraiser #1 at the same time!

March 30, 2011 10:05 pm Thank god this is over! Fraction's Thor has been near impossible to swallow. I cannot wait for Journey Into Mystery to start up, I mean truely start AFTER Fear Itself.
It's just to bad th artist I like is going to be on the Thor book I'm not going to get in the monthly format because I simply cannot stand Fraction on Thor.
I'll grab the trades though...maybe, if I can find them cheap.
