Chris Bachalo is one of the very few artists I’ll follow anywhere. I love it when he’s drawn Spider-Man recently,…

I must admit, the last story arch of Captain America left me a little depressed. It’s not that it wasn’t…

This was less and epilogue to Siege than to the Original Sentry series Paul Jenkins wrote around ten years ago….

I'm looking forward to this. I know there are more like me out there.

House of M had me coming back excited for both the story and the art. It'll be good to have that team back together. 4 issues will be a lot better. Sometimes these 7-8 issue stories make the ongoing stories to tread water until the event catches up. I hope this goes well and becomes the new model for an event book. It's hard to keep anyone's attention for 8-9 months.

I don't think this will herald the return of the old status quo. Iron Man has been more interesting since 'Demon in a Bottle', Thor has been my guilty pleasure since Heroes Reborn, and more people talk about the Avengers now than ever before. When they say "nothing will ever be the same again", sometimes they mean it, and I hope 'Disassembled' will be one of those times.

I'm in Bendis camp until he stops surprising me.

That looks like Wolverine wearing a Magneto helmet.

AND it looks like a really familiar image of Logan at that.

I see what people like about this guy, but it annoys me to no end. I wish Marvel would stop giving him work. Every artist I know wants to punch him in the face.

1. Everything Abnett and Lanning are doing.

2. Spider-man having a drunken one-night stand with his roommate.

3. Dark Reign. And not having to buy even half of it to enjoy it.

4. Mike Carey and Matt Fraction treating the X-Men the way they deserve to be treated.

5. Powers coming back!

6. This site. Thanks, guys.

June 24, 2009 4:41 pm I'm not usually the kind of guy to jump on a message board and start blasting something, but that's exactly what I wanted to do after leaving the theatre last night. I hope some people like it. It seemed like a lot of people left the theatre happy. I didn't.

Great show guys.

I was at a small convention in Portland about 7 years ago, and didn't find out until I was there that Kurt Busiek, Brent Anderson, and Alex Ross were all at the same table. I booked it back to my house to grab my first issue and made it back just in time to have them all sign it. Classy guys, all of them. That was the first time I ever went out of my way to get something signed.

I couldn't agree more about this series. Keep up the good work.

Fantastic post once again.

Fitting that Scrooge chooses the cheaper single-malt scotch.

We shouldn't forget that Ultron was originally a pet.

I was trying to remember some of the pets that the High Evolutionary, but they're all too evolved to be considered pets. But Bova and White Tiger were among his creations.

Aren't you guys busy enough as it is? It seems like every time I hit the site, you've gone and added a new feature. Take the time you need for family and friends for crissakes!

Seriously, though, I've loved the interviews you've done so far and can't wait to listen to some more. Perhaps you could interview Paul Cornell again. I know you've got enough people to talk to, but I've listened to that interview twice and still want to hear more of what he has to say.

Keep up the good work!

Good pick, Ron.

I hope you guys talk about Secret Invasion: Thor this week. It knocked my socks off. But then, all Fraction had to do was put Beta Ray Bill in it.
