Man. That looks amazing. While everyone is caught up in steampunk I've become a huge fan of atomic-punk. All those switches and dials! So pretty!
I think they've nailed it. I so can't wait.
Even though a lot of us realize that it's a stunt costume, it would probably save Marvel a lot of trouble if they just released an official shot of the official costume. (A real photograph, not a render).
It would shut a lot of people up.
Jimski, you have a magical ability to take the common sense opinion and spell it out making everyone else seem like idiots for not thinking of it before.
Love the column. I read my comics for fun. There are things that bug me sometimes, but I move on.
Like the Wolverine movie this summer. There were a lot of things I could nitpick, but in the end, I enjoyed myself at the theatre, and that was enough.
Without trying the bi-yearly trades thing is basically what I've done for the past year. A little more regularly than that, but due to work I've been lax on getting into my comic shop, so I've been going through huge stacks of floppies every couple of months.
The only downside I've seen is having no idea where books connect. I'm reading every damn Avengers title and I get through one to read another and I have to think "Was the Hood taken out by now? Did Black Widow reveal herself yet?"
A lot of that could possibly be solved by your character rationing though.
