TRANSFORMERS HEART OF DARKNESS #1
March 27, 2011 7:16 pm I'll give you the artwork was not up to par, but the writing was quite good. It actually built on a lot of previous continuity. something DnA specialize in. I saw nothing that undid anything previously published.

CHAOS WAR #4 (OF 5)
December 16, 2010 2:41 am Ugh, I wish I had never picked this up. Bought it to see Silver Surfer and Galactus only to see them woefully under and misused. Definitely not touching anymore of this Hercules stuff in the future

I AM AN AVENGER #3 (OF 5)
November 8, 2010 10:11 pm Might be the last DnA Nova story in this book, so I'm definitely going to snag it.

KICK-ASS 2 #1
October 18, 2010 8:12 pm I enjoyed both the comic and the movie, but liked the movie much more. The comic had a bit too much of a cynical bite for me at times.

STAR WARS DARK EMPIRE TRILOGY HC
September 13, 2010 8:25 pm I have the first volume of this somewhere and I remember hating it. Bad art, terrible color (everyone is green or purple) and the story basically ruined everything before it. Reading this after the awesome Thrawn trilogy felt like a slap in the face.

ALL-STAR SUPERMAN Goes Animated
July 27, 2010 8:22 pm Does anyone know how well Crisis on Two Earths sold? I would at least like some hope that maybe we can get some more JLA animated features and I really thought that one was the best they had made.

ALL-STAR SUPERMAN Goes Animated
July 27, 2010 5:35 pm Didn't like the comics so I'll pass on the movie. It does dissappointingly look like all we'll get from DC animated now is the wide variety of Batman, Superman, or Batman/Superman.

THANOS IMPERATIVE #2 (OF 6)
July 16, 2010 12:11 am @PraxJarvin They've only written Silver Surfer once, when he appeared in Nova. I doubt they have much if any control outside of the books they write.

THANOS IMPERATIVE #2 (OF 6)
July 14, 2010 5:20 pm @PraxJarvin Actually DnA hasn't written that much of the Silver Surfer. Giffen wrote Annihilation and the Silver Surfer mini leading up to it. If anything I think both Giffen and DnA have made the Silver Surfer more powerful. Of course outside of the actual Marvel cosmic books almost all of the characters tend to suffer and appear much weaker then they should be, I just wouldn't heap all of that blame on DnA who do everything they can to make these characters shine.

STAR WARS OLD REPUBLIC #1 (OF 6)
July 9, 2010 7:36 pm Try the Legacy comics. They take place 100 or so years after the original trilogy so are pretty unconnected to most of the rest of the EU.
