This is certainly not a #1 comic…for someone who is looking forward to picking up each of these new books and does not understand the long history, this book was confusing from page 1. Comparing this to JLA or Animal Man or many of the others, this was the most confusing ‘jumping on’ point of any of the books I have read so far. Definitely not going for issue 2 on this one.

    I know nothing of the history of OMAC and had great fun with it. Everything you needed to know was on the page and no backstory was required.
