November 16, 2010 10:05 am What a well-timed article. I am also close to leaving comics. Really, I just want to empty out my pullbox because I feel obligated to the store to pay for the shit I pre-ordered way back when. But once that's clear, I think I'll be walking away for awhile. There really isn't anything going on in comics that excites me anymore. Plus, I've reached this point where it all just feels like clutter and I want to have a big nerdy bonfire in the backyard.
July 27, 2010 2:42 pm So, this will be after Superman/Batman: Apocalypse? I'm sure it will be of the same great quality of the others, but I am disappointed that we've been forced into a Superman & Batman release pattern because the other titles haven't sold as well. I'm not sure how Crisis on Two Earths did, but I think I read somewhere that New Frontier didn't meet expectations.
May 13, 2010 8:58 pm This makes me proud of the fact that I have been able to maintain my jihad against $3.99 comics, and I even get a slight sense of glee every time I pick one of them up at a show/convention for $1. Suck it, overpriced comics!
Heroville, how in the hell could you tell that was Lobo??
I'll be buying this the day it comes out! Can't wait.
