May 7, 2012 7:31 pm i've been loving this series but i got fooled and bought the batwing and detective comics night of the owl issues last week. Man they were extremely disappointing. i also think DC needs to have a recap page, it was my first batwing issue and it was not user friendly.

February 17, 2012 6:09 pm this was absolutely awful. it was a train wreck. I didn't enjoy the art but the storytelling was really the flaw. It was confusing and it was very interesting. There is no reason for me to pick up the next issue except i have a mail subscription for the next year. i have no idea why this has an average rating of 4, and amazing spider-man has a 3.8.

February 13, 2012 10:36 pm Here is my trick to get dirt cheap amazing spider-man issues. i use fatwallet.com or ebates (rebate sites) and go through them to magazines.com. They give about 26% cash back, but throughout the year it jumps to 35-52% cash back. I got my 36 issues subscription for 30 bucks. I currently get 17 mail subscriptions both marvel and dc and i pay about $1 an issue (even the 3.99 titles) now you know and knowing is half the battle.

February 8, 2012 7:19 pm it was meh. not much of a story and not enough of a first issue hook to make me come back for more. everything was serviceable, but nothing really struck me as a must read. I'll pick it up the trade if i run across it cheap.

January 24, 2012 10:03 am i look forward to this book more than anything else. Though its a bit annoying that you can't get a mail subscription to Fantastic four only future foundation.
