Name: Ian Raney

Bio: I grew up on Long Island (aka Longuyland),  learned in Michigan, and settled in San Diego.  I've been collecting comics since Justice League Europe #41, which may have led to me collecting  every Justice League comic from  DeMatteis and Giffen's Justice League #1 to Justice League of America #113 (yeah the one with Fire, Blue Devil, Ice Maiden, Nuklon, Obsidian, and the Yazz).  Currently I'm collecting more DC than Marvel but I don't take sides.  I love me some good indie books (Y, Fear Agent, Scalped), but I'm usually late to the party and end up picking up the first trade.  I'm not one for forums (I don't have time to keep checking back for response!), but glad that i can leave comments here at iFanboy.

November 9, 2011 5:46 pm Was this the first issue Miles had word balloons/boxes? If so, brilliant.

May 16, 2009 1:24 pm As soon as I get money.  Never read an issue.  But just like Sandman and the Absolutes, I'm ready to dive right in.
January 4, 2009 2:23 am This issue made me feel like I missed an issue....

November 5, 2008 7:19 pm Anyone think the bad guy in the box ("Junior) is the original Ragdoll or a new ragdoll??  Just a thought since I just recently read the Robinson's Starman
October 22, 2008 10:25 pm I really enjoyed the sense of dread this issue had.  About half way though, I thought, man this can not go well.  I feel this storyline is going to really display the worst in humanity.
September 4, 2008 9:21 pm This may not be the title you are thinking of.  This is the old Buffy series that was made with its own continuity.  I hadn't read this originally, but I'm enjoying this chronological format it has been coming out in.  Not the best stories...but enjoyable.
August 20, 2008 11:55 pm Argh.  So angry my store was out of this.  While I'd have to go with Legion this week...I can't really argue against this because I didn't read it.  But as a loyal (or supposedly loyal) Fear Agent fan...I'm sure this issue was just as good as the rest.  Thought it might be this or Scalped.  Not sure why everyone is so angry at your picks lately.  Isn't the point to pick your favorite book of the week....
