November 9, 2010 7:27 am I have been pleasently surprised by this book. Good, solid story and nice artwork.

It's good to see them mixing up the drawing and animation style a bit. Still looking forward to the day we get a fully 3DCGI animated movie.

Nooo!! not the tacky yellow symbol!! Also, two symbols on one costume? Why not slap one on the back of his cape, top of his boots, shoulders and forehead!

I love the understated but powerful bi, black bat spread across the chest (jim lee). This could have been a great opportunity to bring batman up to date with a great functional looking armor, suit comb...kinda like Paul Pope's renditions, but with just a little less of a home-made look.

Oh well, it probably won't last long anyway, another artist will probably change it up on their run.

August 11, 2010 7:13 am I love jock's covers and pinups but hi interior work can often look lazy and not so good. That is an awsome image and I hope to good things from this new team.
August 2, 2010 7:50 am The artwork looks good enough-not terribly bad but not amazin iether. The preview looks like an image book, especially the speech bubbles and font style. I will give it a three issue shot and then decide, because I really like the character of Thor and want to see some great things done with him.
July 28, 2010 7:34 am DC need to get BLUR (cg animation studio who did the dc universe online trailer) to do the new animated movies. That DCUO trailer was great! CG is the way to go.
April 14, 2010 8:30 am @KRYPTOTIM-LOL i hear what your saying. Some good, well written un-apocalyptic, character developing stories would be a welcome change of pace.

Apart from Flash Rebirth, this will be my main jumping on point for Flash. I have to admit I was a bit overwhelmed by his big role in early BN. The only hesitation I have at the moment is that the villains I have seen so far look like really outrageous Saturday morning cartoons, more so than other dc characters.

I just hope we don't get Rebirth Flash who is constantly in depressive angst mode and upset to be alive. This is a new start though, so hopefully it will be a fun, confident and kick-ass confident Flash.

I’m really jealous of Americans and their wonderful 'cons'. Wonder con, comic con...all in America.

I would love to be able to attend a big con like ComicCon, but in London, where it would be more convenient and cheaper for me to attend with my comic book loving friends.

There is a huge audience in Britain and Europe for comics and other fantasy and movie products, yet we don't have a big event like Comic Con or Wonder Con to get to meet creators, meet other fans and attend panels or preview screenings of upcoming exciting projects.

Why?

I think a British ComicCon would be immensely popular. British readers care just as much as our American brothers for Comic books and spend an awful lot of money on the books, movies, toys and so on.

Ok, so our weather is crap most of the time, but we have the best umbrellas in the world.
