November 3, 2011 11:01 pm gotta say. I'm baffled. What's up with that last few panels? Did no one exist? Help a brutha out.
November 3, 2011 10:53 pm @connor, I'm pretty sure that's a tumor coming out of his mouth. the kid controls the Rot and he alluded to it when he was talking to the doctor. If that's the case, it's even more disturbing...and awesome.
October 26, 2011 2:06 pm totally worth the $. I hope they tie this into the new Batman run. Readers of that can see where this could go.
October 26, 2011 1:32 pm @KillTheG1mp Agreed. I'm a DC'er all the way and am loving this, Punisher and Moon Knight. Hope they keep these books FAR away from the stench of Fear Itself. PS: AWESOME cameo for old school DD fans in this ish.
October 26, 2011 1:29 pm Yes. I'll pay a dollar more for more pages. I'm wondering if that has anything to do with it. OR they want the books out on time so maybe they're cutting down on the page count of the story (not the promo in the back). I'll give it to DC though. Never thought I'd pull 1) Aquaman and 2) Wonder Woman every month. Good job guys.
September 7, 2011 5:52 pm No one caught the Smallville ref on the third page? :)
August 17, 2011 12:47 pm This was an odd, uneven issue. I have to read it again. Good jumping on point though. I think Milligan is best at the multi issue stories.
August 10, 2011 2:49 pm yeah nothing has beat the dread feeling of the first Blackest Night book. The panel with Guy Gardener saying, "You hear that?" then cutting to the zombie hordes showing up was sheer terror. Fear Itself has zero context. "Let's give Odin a brother...and make everyone afraid of....well, we're not sure, but we'll give them some hammers."
Flashpoint, while it does have is negative points, WAS being built up in the Flash books prior. But like Fear, I can't get the oomph of a WW/Aquaman war. It's much better than Fear though.

July 22, 2011 10:27 am " (there’s even a pretty awesome and unexpected unspoken cameo appearance by a character from that era)"
i won't spoil it, but look for the cameo in the Worlds Fair scene...it's a hot one ;)
@srh1son: Ha! I did right after I saw it! Great book end.
