HELLBLAZER #282

Don’t miss this startling stand-alone tale!

In a British prison, a shape-shifting product of the Babylonian backstreets called Julian is about to have some fun at the prisoners’ expense. Now, the prison has become a kind of living Hell – even more than before – which should make John Constantine feel right at home when he poses as an inmate and tries to dish out his own rough justice to demonic prisoner number 666.

  1. This book gets better and better. I love when Bisley is on the interiors.

  2. Milligan rules

  3. Been awhile since I’ve read a Hellblazer book. Bisley art and a standalone story? Pulled.

  4. This was an odd, uneven issue. I have to read it again. Good jumping on point though. I think Milligan is best at the multi issue stories.

    • I completely agree. I actually thought it was poor compared to the last year or more of issues. Looking forward to the next arc though as Milligan writes a great Constantine

  5. I thought it was great. My POTW. It is exactly what I wanted in a one shot hellblazer story.

  6. @iFanboy For some reason, my rating on this book doesn’t seem to stick between visits to the site. I’ve clicked 4 stars on two separate occasions now. My star ratings on other books have remained constant.

  7. Shit got real, real fast. Great issue. 😀
