the vertigo series was good and some of the old back ups in action comics are fun too. but if he doesn't take on the persona of the person he's trying to protect what the hell is the point of using the christopher chance character? do they just really did the name?

also, since pushing dasies chi mcbride will always be emerson cod in my beer soaked brain. thanks for the 1992 series clip i heard about it but never saw it.

July 11, 2009 1:38 am i think he was the best out of the 3 to pick from. i don't watch many movies so i can't think of anyone better. also, loving these characters in print for so many years it always seems like a let down when a real person is picked.

i too am dropping this and probably dark avengers as well. i was distracted by my cat in the middle and almost forgot to finish the issue. *yawn* it's too bad, i was digging all the avenger books but at least i'll save some money.

i give the game of string chasing with my feline comrad 5 stars and will make it my POW. his opinion might vary.

i love the smell of old comics as well. old books too, i used to go to used book stores all the time but since i moved the amount of old book store in this town is much much smaller. my friend told me that old book smell has a small halluciongenic effect. i don't know if that's true but it would explain a lot.

October 4, 2008 6:53 pm i thought this was a mini. i was going to wait and read comments on the issues and then pick or not pick up the trade. it sounded interesting i might have to pick the issue up.
