June 15, 2012 5:04 pm I have been anticipating the Memorial Trade, and now Underwater welder is on my radar. Sorry to hear you are stopping this column, it's been a highlight for me on this website. Good luck penning out your new stories.
June 14, 2012 9:31 pm I just got the opportunity to check the sales chart, and Grifter sells less than Resurrection man, it 's over due for it's cancellation queue.
June 12, 2012 4:22 pm It's what I love about reading this on a month to month basis, there is always progression told in an interesting and engaging way. I really like the way the art duties were handled int this particular issue, the color choices and backgrounds helped sell a sense of place in through out the issue.
June 12, 2012 2:05 am I have been sticking with it, telling myself there was going to be a big payoff, but I was getting tired of he way he was getting haphazardly killed each issue, it wasn't making sense.
June 11, 2012 2:42 am Hey Josh thanks for answering my question on the podcast.
June 6, 2012 10:35 am Akumuu, Huge write up deserving of such a big topic in comics. I have aired on the side of a reader whom decided to not collect the Before the Watchman series to get that out the way. It seems the pressure to produce based on the Comedian's arc made this high risk. The announcement of this series felt like the anticipation of the Star Wars prequels for comics. Based on the ranking so far, it does seem like this was just an average read, and the Comedian is arguably the second best character in the Watchmen series. Not a good start.
June 6, 2012 10:22 am To the Lethal Weapon comment, Yes I agree with you, to quote Jay -Z " It's all about progression"
June 1, 2012 3:22 pm I see no problem with the revamping of a major character to reflect the state of times. I do hope DC allows Robinson to really explore what he wanted to do with Alan and not leave it to just a shock value thing.
