I have never read any Wildstorm comics before so this is a perfect way to get into that part of the DC universe. What initially interested me to get into this title is the Martian Manhunter since I wanted to see what role he plays and how his history changed.

Now for my review. The characters were fleshed out fairly. The concept of the team and the plot of the story is interesting. I hope that in the next few issues that I can learn more of the Engineer character. She is the most appealing to me, and I don’t know why. I liked the art, Sepulveda made what the Swordsman met look creepy and intimidating. I am staying on this title for sure.
