Like many I checked this out thanks to Lemire, and although it was definitely a fun book it wasn’t my style. I just can’t get into S.H.A.D.E. as a group and would have preferred to see The Doom Patrol come back for the billionth time (seriously, will someone else besides me get into them?) as the “weirdo” superhero team. I wasn’t a big fan of the art either. I’m sure it’ll have its fans like OMAC did, but something about this didn’t click.
