Name: Zach Truitt

Bio: HiI loved comics as a kid during the worst/best time to be a comics fan (1992-1996).  I just came back to the fold almost a year ago when I decided to buy/sell comics on eBay as a hobby/money making opportunity.  If you would have told me 5 years ago when I was a college junior that I would be into comics as a 27 year old I would have laughed in your face and called you a NERD.  Oh well.Right now I enjoy anything Flash related, Locke & Key, Batman, anything drawn by Scott Kolins, most indie stuff, Garth Ennis, JH Williams III, Detective Comics and the list goes onDon't be a stranger.  This is a cool community.

August 30, 2011 10:14 am Absolutely correct. This is consistently the best book on the shelves. I will be sad when it finally ends. GET THIS BOOK!!
May 20, 2011 11:35 am It would be worth a fiver if we get the pot going to get some really good retro Kolins.  Who else wants to go in?
May 19, 2011 11:32 am Apparently as a resident of southern Delaware I have been living in the shadow of Metropolis my whole life!  Actually the largest "city" in my part of the state is barely 50,000 people.  So Superman has a pretty easy job protecting our little corner of the world.

January 18, 2011 10:58 am This series continues to reach new heights.  Rodriguez's style is spot on for Hill's mix of dramatic horror.  This book is definitely the highlight of my week whenever it comes out.
December 7, 2010 10:54 am I didn't know that he was doing JSA.  Is he using his newer "airbrushed/digital pencil style" or his early 2000's Flash style?  I know the Solomon Grundy mini was hit-or-miss  for me.  I think when he inks himself he tends to go more kinetic with lots of tick lines all over the place.  I guess I prefer someone else inking him.  Thanks for the info!
