May 20, 2013 7:45 pm I was never a huge GL fan growing up. I liked Guy in JLI, but that was pretty much it. Johns's storytelling has been so compelling(as usual) that this has been in my pull box for 6 or 7 years. And now, like Johns, it's time for me to move on to "greener" pastures.

May 17, 2013 2:59 pm I don't have a problem with "crazy" or extreme beliefs, whether they're magical or Christian, ideological or political. I don't think anyone should be persecuted for their thoughts, no matter how kooky or hateful or disagreeable or misguided I may find them. We all have crazy thoughts. So I am not at all affected( negatively) by people like Morrison, Cruise or even Gibson. I have a problem with the lengths people will go to force their ideals and standards on others who are disenfranchised by said actions. If you are actively trying to create laws that promote inequality amongst people who are not violent offenders, then I have a problem with you and I will not empower you with my dollars. Looking at you, Card.

May 16, 2013 9:01 pm My man Marquez is back with mad skills. I LOVE this book. It has character building moments at every turn and to say Miles is " just black Peter Parker", comes off completely ignorant . He is certainly unique from Parker in so many ways.
