May 17, 2013 7:22 pm Yeah, I sort of thought so, especially after I went back and looked at the timeline. Which I did after commenting. Which I should have done before commenting and then not commented.
May 17, 2013 7:15 pm By the way, can we assume that DC's insistence on having a DCU vs. He-Man crossover is what made Robinson leave the Masters of the Universe title last year? Or am I making too big a leap there?
May 15, 2013 12:02 pm Man, that first screen grab up there has some deep cuts, like Stanley and His Monster's Monster and Copper from the Metal Men. It blows my mind that they're both there.
May 15, 2013 11:42 am I approve of Paul using "Batman" as a verb. That is as it should be.
May 13, 2013 10:55 am Tim Drake. Amanda Waller. Jimmy Olsen. But I'm thinking of very specific versions of each character, none of whom exist any more.
May 12, 2013 11:12 pm Nifty. I'm in.
May 10, 2013 2:46 pm It's far from dark and gritty, but they Batman and Scooby-Doo have met twice. And it was wonderful. Check it out on DVD.
May 10, 2013 1:01 pm Huh. Well, Superman and He-Man met twice in the 1980s, so their crossing over again isn't exactly unprecedented. Also, there was a toy line a few years ago which had one DC figure and one MOTU figure in each unit. But I can't guess why this story is happening right now.
May 8, 2013 2:02 pm The SSOSV's titular series was released in two hardcovers. Both volumes are prohibitively expensive at $40 each. But, if you're interested, the first volume is here and the second volume is here. I'd recommend checking them out from a library though, if that's an option for you. If your library doesn't have them, try to Interlibrary Loan them from somewhere else.
May 7, 2013 7:24 pm So you're saying that I don't have to revise my Top 5 Deaths of Jonathan Kent list at this time?
