October 24, 2011 7:18 pm I agree. I am fairly new into the comic scene and the first book I picked up at my LCS was the Zatanna series you mentioned. I enjoyed that series and I was kind of let down with this new book. Maybe I had too high of expectation or something but this issue will help me decide.

October 24, 2011 7:15 pm Kyle has always been my favorite and I too enjoyed the first issue. It wasn't the best book of the "New 52" but it was the best GL book in my eyes.

October 6, 2011 7:11 pm My complaint about last weeks Superman was how "wordy" it was. This book was also wordy but it worked because every word was meaningful and necessary. I loved this book so much. I had never read Swamp Thing before last month and now I'm hooked. Story: 5 Art: 5. I loved the art in this book so much. I can't wait to see the Swampy and Animal Man tie in.

October 5, 2011 7:06 pm I loved this issue. I'm probably in the minority but I get annoyed with the daughter quite easily. Idk why I just can't seem to like her yet, maybe in future issues I'll learn to like her. Overall a great issue. Story: 5 Art: 4

September 28, 2011 6:52 pm This is my first time actually reading anything Aquaman and I loved it. I laughed a few times while reading and that's usually a good sign. I'm on for the first few issues at least but it looks like it may be on my pull list for a long time to come.

September 19, 2011 7:34 pm Batman, Nightwing and Wonder Woman for me. Maybe GL Corps but I don't know yet. BQ: I love that Coach Taylor won for FNL. The show really showed how it is growing up and playing football here in Texas. Coach Taylor really felt like all the football coaches I've ever known so I think he deserved the award. I know people get tired of seeing the Daily Show win and I'll admit as much as I love the show I'd like to see the Colbert Report or Conan get the Emmy sometime.
