August 29, 2009 4:20 pm The character and dialogue in this seem very stilted to me...tons of attempts at jokes that aren't funny. It doesn't feel like they have a sense of who these characters are. Sadly, very close to dropping now.

Yeah, it's canon just like any other book that doesn't defy established continuity would be, it just doesn't necessarily fit neatly into the present continuity for the main books (so for example last month had Tim Drake as Robin in spite of recent events, you just have to assume it happened sometime prior to those events).

July 28, 2009 10:44 pm It's been suggested to me the smell is because they're more freshly printed than your DC/Marvel books when you get them. In the future, people will lament the days when their Avatar books smelled fresh.
