May 14, 2012 12:16 am I read Supergods last year and was champing at the bit to read this afterwards. I read it today, and enjoyed it, enjoyed the hell out of the art, but if I hadn't read Morrison basically explaining what it meant in Supergods I would have had no idea what was going on. Also, these annotations are helpful.

May 3, 2012 1:10 pm I always felt that the point of Watchmen was that a "realistic" world that results in the creation of superheroes is a dark & awful place to be. The emergence of masked vigilantes because of crime run amok & the failure of society to maintain law & order. Are we now living in that world?

April 11, 2012 2:56 pm Marvel.com has been calling it Earth-1610 for a while. So they always left a door open here and there. Didn't the Marvel Zombies sort-of crossover into 616 in an X-Men title, making the Ultimate U already a kind connected-in-law to 616?

PREVIEW: Ultimate Comics The Ultimates #7
February 6, 2012 4:26 pm I kind of love that Ultimate Cap's default strategy is "throw the Hulk at them." Although Hulk has saved the day in both of Millar's original Ultimates runs, so I hope it changes up here. I like that they're playing up Reed as an evil Batman, prepared for everything. So he has to have a plan for the Hulk.
