They only have 10 of 12 episodes available on itunes so far.
Holy Crap!
They actually wrapped up a plot thread quickly and concisely.
How refreshing.
I wanted to like this series.
But it sucked.
It sucked hard.
It was confusing, poorly structured and poorly told.
Way too much happened off screen.
Also, I should not have to buy every tie-in just to understand what the heck is going on and who everyone is in the main title.
This book is pretty good, but lets face it, its only a rip-off of "Unforgiven".
The whole Bucky-as-Cap thing was severely underplayed.
Nobody was even interested in asking how Bucky was still alive, let alone in good enough shape to be Captain America for a 90+ year old guy.
I guess Spidey must have been reading the Captain America book and already knew the backstory.
Good episode.
I think it is worth noting that sometime politics creeps into the stories without being overtly mentioned, just as a reflection of a worldview. I first noticed it in the 80s as the difference between Captain Americaand the Punisher.
Captain America is the hero who always finds a way to get the job done without compromising his morals.
The Punisher is the hero who is willing to do anything it takes to get what he sees as the "job' done.
As much as I like this book, I can't believe they are already making a movie after only 3 issues.
