September 22, 2011 4:29 am Last page was a bit much, but I really dig the vibe of this book so far.

September 21, 2011 – Wonder Woman #1
September 22, 2011 4:27 am Oh completely agree, it's just one of those occasional buzzworthy books that I read where I go, "I don't get what the buzz is about." After reading my stack, POTW turned into a tough choice between Batman and Hulk. Birds of Prey was a pleasant surprise as well.

BIRDS OF PREY #1
September 22, 2011 3:06 am I really liked this. Babs was more entertaining in her 4 pages here than in her entire Batgirl appearance. Second best of the week for me behind Batman.

CAPTAIN ATOM #1
September 22, 2011 12:34 am So basically, a Dr Manhatten analogue? Idea has potential, but the writing's not quite up to snuff yet.

September 21, 2011 – Wonder Woman #1
September 22, 2011 12:24 am This was a decent comic book, but I don't care any more about Wonder Woman now than when I started. I also couldn't stand the overlay of the Oracles' dialogue. It was vague and full of clues, but none of it was terribly interesting. Haven't read through my stack yet, but so far Catwoman was my favorite of this week. Strange we should disagree so much this week when I absolutely agreed with the last two weeks' picks.

DEMON KNIGHTS #1
September 18, 2011 8:51 pm They are new characters. It's speculated that Al Jabr is Adam One from Stormwatch. Exoristos is completely new.

BATWOMAN #1
September 14, 2011 7:23 pm The art was fantastic. The writing was kinda bad. But man, the art is worth the price of admission alone.

Three Bucks? It’s the Annual Top Shelf $3 Sale!
September 8, 2011 9:50 pm My highest recommendations also go out to Infinite Kung-Fu. For one, it's 424 pages for 18 bucks. For two, it's an awesome retro-style martial arts movie that is super fun and hilarious quite often. Very, very cool book.

iFanboy Upstarts: Nick Bradshaw
August 23, 2011 8:42 pm I like his style for the most part, just can't stand how he makes everyone's face look like they're 8.
