January 17, 2012 12:42 pm I don't know Josh, what advantage Cap has in tactics and all that crap, Cyke more than makes up for in sheer balls. His style of tactics leads more towards the high-risk/high-reward method, pulling out all the stops and doing something unexpected. Is that just the thing to beat Cap, or is that just another style that he would expect from an opponent. Cap isn't invincible, and if anyone would give him a run for his money, it would be Cyclops.

January 17, 2012 12:39 pm Yeah, it would be, if they ever actually dealt with repercussions after things like this. The characters with stakes in this are going to be the ones that are closest to Wanda and Hope. I doubt very much that the Rulk vs. Colossonaut fight (there better be one dammit) will have any lasting effects on the Marvel U.

January 17, 2012 12:29 pm I gotta say, I think the swish logo was an improvement, and to abandon it this soon for something so staid and boring is a bad move. The "page turn" or "peel back" element doesn't read as "comics" to me at all. And when it was pointed out to represent that, I find that it's a little on the nose. I really hope this doesn't end up on the covers of the comics, and is meant to be used for corporate purposes.

January 6, 2012 4:35 pm During Van Helsing when the Dracula babies hatched I remarked pretty loudly that they "must have fed them after midnight" and I got a pretty good reaction out of most of my fellow moviegoers. Yeah, we were pretty much all on the same side there.

December 5, 2011 3:41 pm Jeffrey Dean Morgan must play Omni-Man. No discussion required. I realize it's off-type since the character doesn't die at any point (so far), but he is perfect for the role. It would totally make up for Watchmen and anyway, the dude can rock a mustache like no other.
