My girlfriend (now wife) first started reading comics when I gave her the Invisibles then she got into superheros with Ultimate Spider-man. Now she reads pretty much my entire stack every week.

The one thing that slightly annoys me is that she doesn't have any opinion about any of them. She just reads them and moves on to the next issue. The best response I got was last week when she said that Kick-Ass #3 was "the best comic she had read for ages" - Nice!

This is the only X-Men book I read so please no-one spoil what's been spoilt by the other substandard x-books.

Buffy was a load of crap but this book has been amazing.

Give up the TV Wheadon and stick to the comics

I think I prefered it when Bryan Hitch took several months per issue. His art has seriously gone downhill since te Ultimates.

A bit strange having all the heroes stanting around like spare pricks at a wedding. The second half - Reed and Sues date in the past, the fit bird covered in money, Doom - was so much better than the snow obscured shite in the first 15 pages.

I think I enjoyed this issue. It was good in parts but other a bit blah.

Crap art though. Does anyone know how long we have to suffer this awful artist? Bring back Bagley (or anyone else really!)
