April 27, 2009 11:28 pm I think Allred's story telling might be better with an editor, but his experimentation with this series has been well worth it.  It's a thesis in comic cratsmanship.
April 27, 2009 11:24 pm EEEEE! Wow this book just made me "girl squeel" it's really just that good.
April 27, 2009 11:23 pm I admit I'm only buying this for deadpool.  Even though I lke Diggle's other work.

I like the book and it's covers like this that make me glad I' reading it in trade. I'm a prude by no means but c'mon.

Not sure but I'm certaining willing to try.  I started reading this with the fist omnibus, it seemed a little too cheesecake at first but the humor won me over.  So this one's going in my pull box.

April 20, 2009 10:59 pm Felber is hilarious in his other work and with Siquera on art I think that it will at least be worth me checking out.
April 7, 2009 10:03 pm Holy crap! I was just complaining about this book not wrapping up just the other wekk.  I would love to say "I'm Done" because it was late but the story was good enough that I'm just going to have to finish.  I know, Iknow, I'm what's wrong with the industry.
February 9, 2009 10:48 pm Really looking forward to picking this up.  Heard good things about the issues and now with all that bonus material as creepy as it may be it's a must buy.
December 8, 2008 7:13 pm Didn't know about this but now i'm really excited.  I'm usually willing to give Steve Niles a look, and when it deals with the freak show well that's a must get.
May 14, 2008 12:34 am Well thought I don't post as often on here as I should I was compelled to comment on this.  I personally enjoyed the story quite a bit.  I am very excited to see where the plot with the girl drawing the house is going.  I am not much of a horror reader or movie goer for that matter, but this is so reminiscent of the traditional Grimm fairy tales that I couldn't resist it.  My father used to tell me of all the comics in his collection when he was growing up and it never failed that he mentioned House of Mystery.  When I brought the first issue to his house and tossed it on the coffee table his eyes lit up.  The art serves a purpose and is nothing that I would call spectacular, but what needs to be showcased in this book is the story and I think that is working for them.  As long as this book runs I will probably stick with it.  I love a good anthology series so lets all keep our fingers crossed.
