A pretty good issue using Joes that haven’t been seen in awhile. The art is acceptable but could user tighter…

June 7, 2013 11:10 pm One of the artists that does the main John Carter book is pretty good and I enjoy that series. Sort of a Cho vibe. This book the art is terrible. Very rudimentary.
June 7, 2013 11:05 pm I'm not much of a Daredevil fan but I really enjoyed this. Especially the Punisher characterization. The reveal of Mapone was a let down. I didn't see the big deal in it or why it would make Bullseye go crazy. I thought Bullseye had it in for Elektra not the Black Widow.
June 7, 2013 11:00 pm Having been a fan of Deodato's art for awhile I would say this is some of his best ever. With the asterisk of I was some pages in when I realized all of the jungle art was Photoshopped. Normally I hate when artists used Photoshop because usually they are being too lazy to letter or are just bad with it. This looked good. It blended in well. The storyline I like but sometimes feels too cosmic and there sometimes are too many characters. This likely would read better as a trade. Not really digging Thor and Hyperion. Too touchy feely for my tastes.
June 7, 2013 10:52 pm The art in this stinks. That cover is terrible, one of the worst ever. Would Wolverine make a scared face? It looks like the stink art you see on ebay. No time to draw a background. This started off great. Once Hitch left the art and story are in the crapper.
May 27, 2013 3:25 pm I think this question speaks more to the modern "gimme gimme" generation. I am happy if when I go to a comic book store they just have what I want.
May 17, 2013 12:14 am This is a reprint of a 70's Charlton comic I think. Unless Byrne is redoing the series.
May 13, 2013 9:56 pm This the problem with DC. Instead of making 2 or 3 good Batman books you get 12 watered down ones. And of course Batman being the Michael Jackson of the DC universe. In regards to LOSH. I have heard about this book since the 80's. It's been relaunched with fanfare countless times and always seems to be on the verge of cancellation. Just let it lie dormant for awhile.
May 8, 2013 10:40 pm I am actually glad they passed. This was unlikely to be good on NBC. It would be better if it was picked up on a cable channel where there are less restrictions on content.
April 4, 2013 8:07 pm Yeah this is a great comic. It should be rated higher. Great art and an interesting story. It's coming out every week or so and people are saying it's too slow. I defy you to find better end of the world city destruction art. It feels like the world is destroyed and not going to be fixed next issue.
